Sam joined the Wealth Factory team in 2024, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience across a range of industries, including heavy industrial environments where she developed a strong understanding of both workforce dynamics and operational demands. Her background working with businesses of all sizes has given her a practical, real-world perspective on what it takes to attract, support, and retain quality talent in today’s competitive landscape.

She studied business management and healthcare administration at the University of Phoenix, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and a people-first approach to her work.

Sam is deeply rooted in her community in Pennsylvania’s Endless Mountains region, where she has volunteered with her local fire department for more than 15 years. That experience has shaped her strong sense of accountability, resilience, and service to others.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, or simply making the most of where she lives. She also loves cheering on her son at baseball games and prioritizes time with her family whenever she can.
