Lauren McDonald

Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. After decades of owning and running a payroll processing firm, she co-founded The Wealth Factory in 2012. With 45 years of entrepreneurial experience, Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals, business owners, and institutions achieve their financial goals with expertise and compassion.

Known for her detail-oriented approach, Lauren is results-driven, supporting clients in building wealth or transitioning to retirement with understanding and care.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys the tranquility of her secluded Muncy, PA property, shared with her husband, Steve. They have two grown sons and cherished grandchildren. Lauren enjoys gardening, reading, and staying active.

Lauren is also an active community leader, recently serving on the Board of Directors for the Central Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Lycoming College, as well as FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 certifications, SIE through LPL Financial, and a Producer Life, Accident, and Health license.
